Therapeutic Coaching

Paul has a gift for creating a very safe, comfortable and understanding environment. The beauty of the therapy process is that with Paul's guidance, I have learnt techniques and skills that gave me the courage to follow my heart, trust my intuition and most importantly be true to myself.

The sessions have awakened in me a zest for life and a greater understanding of myself, which I have found very empowering. It certainly wasn’t a quick fix (10 sessions) but a very enjoyable process, which has changed my ways of thinking and perceiving the world. I have gained a deeper sense of direction, as a result I feel much happier, more positive and very excited about the future. S.D. Optician, Krakow. Poland.
Paul helped me do something I thought I would never be able to do; after 14 years of trying, I have stopped smoking. In the process, I learned a huge amount about myself and now feel better equipped to deal with life than ever before. C.C. Journalist. Bristol

Executive Coaching

Starting up a business is always a nerve-wracking time for anyone. I was no exception. Paul and I bumped into each other having not seen each other for quite a few years. We had completed our NLP masters training together and it was great to catch up. Why did I decide to ask Paul to coach me? I’m not sure. I remembered Paul in our training to be challenging and to have strength and he had been a good practitioner.

So what happened? Well Paul has been an exceptional help in the first few months of the business setting up. We have met together in a wonderful room, which has been a haven in the frenetic maelstrom of the business start up. Recently he has been training with Stephen Gilligan, PhD, one of the master teachers of Hypnosis and NLP and the developer of Self Relations Psychotherapy. It shows. There have been magical moments in our coaching sessions that are still affecting me and I am sure these carry me through the darker moments. He helped me find the calm, competent self within me that could deal with whatever.

Would I recommend Paul as a coach? Absolutely. He lives what he espouses. The walk matches the talk. He is still challenging, but also possesses a wonderful way of being just what you need in that moment. Merilyn Parker Armitage. MD. Nutrichef – Bristol.

Paul assisted ZoJo on a project to re-design key aspects of @Bristol. He was enthusiastic and brought a professional, constructive and pragmatic approach to our work. His combined experience of coaching and high-level project management provided us with an intuitive edge. He can read business relationships with foresight and somehow sees ahead of difficulties; an example is his almost instant ability to identify risk, particularly concerning the inter-relationship of individuals within a business environment.

As an individual, I found him charismatic, inspiring and approachable; just some of the qualities that ensured the attendants of our daylong workshop responded to the tasks we set in a positive and dynamic way. Zoe Wells – MD www.zojotellmemore.com

Personal Development Coaching

Paul is incredibly skilled at creating a safe atmosphere, in which I felt completely at ease. Within this safe bubble, that softened the rest of life around, he helped me focus on my "inner world". I was encouraged to explore my outcomes in a gentle, structured way, always at my own pace.

Employing an extraordinary use of words and language, he enabled me to see things incredibly clearly within my mind. I was setting up my own business and needed to dig deep, Paul helped me resolve inner conflicts and allow any fears to be accepted; ultimately, this has supported me in loving myself more completely and fully and creating a successful business of which I am very proud.
