My commercial experience has proved valuable in many scenarios. I have extensive experiences in project management, business process design, development, implementation and roll out and negotiations. My consultancy clients include architects, graphic designers, marketers and training companies. I am particularly interested in working with sme's interested in becoming greener and more ethical in their approach.

Facilitation
Drawing on NLP and supported by front line conflict resolution models, I help to create a truly inclusive setting in which everyone gets the message and learns how to contribute more fully in the move forward. Employing a skilled and impartial facilitator is a proven way to advance group communication and support the process of getting a group of people from where it is presently, to where it needs to be, effectively, efficiently and whilst learning powerful strategies along the way.
